Each peice of pottery was created with the intention to have its' own unique shape as well as glazing patterns. The inspiration for my pottery is derived from nature, as well as Native American Pottery which is very prominent in Southwestern New Mexico. The curvillinear shapes of each peice reflect the atmosphere in which surrounds me: mountains, rivers, pebbles etc. Each peice is carefully thrown and glazed using a variety of glazing techniques and natural, vibrant glaze colors.
